Notes
Several parts of the IncC backbone including RHS and the sites of I1 and I2 insertions are missing. The sequence divergence of repA, oriV and orf1832 compared to those of pR55 and pRA1 suggests that this plasmid is a far relative of the IncC and IncA groups.
