Notes
Most of the IncC backbone, including orf1847/1832, RHS and the sites of I1 and I2 insertions, is missing. The sequence divergence of repA gene from that of pR148, pR55 and pRA1 and the low coverage (18-23%) and ~91% overall hology to the reference plasmids suggest that this plasmid is a more distant relative of the IncC and IncA groups.
