Notes
The site of I1 insertion is missing.The empty site of I2 insertion is intact. Only a small fragment (3349-3510 bp) of the RHS gene is present. The presence of the Type2-specific allele orf1847 and the lack of insertion I2 at the intact insertion site (Type1-specific) raises the possibility that this is an IncC1/C2 recombinant hybrid plasmid.
