Notes
The exceptionally small plasmid lacks orf1847/1832 and the site of I2 insertion. The N-terminal 2/3 of RHS2 (1-2945 bp) is missing. The presence of RHS2 and I1 insertion, and the higher homology with pR55 (99.96%) than with pR148 (97.17%) suggest that the plasmid is an IncC2 derivative.
