Notes
The empty site of I1 insertion is intact. The 3’ part of RHS2 is deleted from the 3907 bp of the gene. The presence of the Type1-specific allele orf1832 and the Type2-specific insertion I2 and RHS2 raises the possibility that this is an IncC1/C2 recombinant hybrid plasmid.
