Notes
Large parts of the IncC backbone including RHS, orf1847/1832 and the site of I2 insertion are missing. The presence of I1 insertion and the higher homology to pR55 (99.97%) than to pR148 (97.35%) suggest that the plasmid is an IncC2 derivative.
