Large parts of the IncC backbone including RHS, orf1847/1832 genes and the sites of I1 and I2 insertions are missing. The homology of repA to those of the reference C1 and C2 plasmids is 90%, and the overall homology to the reference plasmids is <87%, suggesting that this plasmid is a farther relative of the IncA and IncC groups.
