Notes
Large parts of the IncC backbone including orf1847/1832 and the site of I2 insertion are missing. The 5' end of RHS2 (1-1674 bp of the gene) is deleted. The presence of I1 insertion and a partial copy of RHS2 suggests that the plasmid is an IncC2 derivative.
