Several parts of IncC backbone including orf1847/1832 gene are missing. The 3' part of RHS is deleted from 2902 bp of the gene. The presence of empty insertion sites of I1 and I2 insertions suggests that the plasmid belongs to the IncC1 lineage, however the remaining part of RHS gene is almost identical to RHS2 of R55 but shows only 98% homology to RHS1 of R148, which raises the possibility of an IncC1/2 hybrid
